Heather Kliesing, Lead Registered Vascular Technologist

Meet Heather, a seasoned registered vascular technologist with over 15 years of expertise in vascular ultrasound. Her cheerful demeanor and compassionate care brighten our Clear Lake office. 

Outside work, Heather enjoys cherished moments with her husband and two sons, indulges in outdoor activities, plays with her dogs, tends to her garden, and explores new destinations through travel.


Jessica Sousa

Jessica Sousa, Registered Vascular Technologist

Jessica Sousa is a Registered Vascular Technologist with nearly 10 years of experience in vascular ultrasound. She began her career in the acute hospital setting, spending several years at Houston Methodist Hospital before shifting her focus fully to her passion: vascular care.

Jessica first joined Texas Endovascular in 2018, working at the Bellaire clinic. After a few years living in California, she returned to Texas and is proud to be part of the Dallas team.

Known for her kind and calming presence, Jessica enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients and helping them feel at ease during their visits.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys fishing with her husband and son and cheering on her son at baseball games.

Carmenza Amell, Physician Liaison

Carmenza is a professional with a diverse background in business administration and healthcare. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in marketing, she has excelled in her academic pursuits.

With experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research, patient recruitment, and as a Physician Liaison, Carmenza has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes and build lasting relationships. Fluent in Spanish and French, Carmenza embodies cultural diversity, enriching her ability to connect across diverse backgrounds.

Originally from Panama, Carmenza has embraced life in the United States for many years, finding joy as a devoted wife and mother to her beautiful daughter and dog, Ojo. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, writing music, singing, exercising, and dancing.

Andrea Audish, Physician Liaison

Andrea grew up in Pearland, Texas and comes from a journalist background. She began her education at the University of Houston in 1996 (Go Coogs!), then transferred to Sam Houston State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio/Television and a minor in Marketing/Advertising. She made the decision to move into the medical realm after college and has a true passion for educating and helping patients and doctors learn all about the non-invasive treatments Texas Endovascular doctors perform. Andrea has worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, six of those years working in the vascular world. She has a great working knowledge of all things vascular and arterial. Andrea has covered many territories in the Houston, Dallas and Nashville, TN markets. She has a fur baby named Chuy and loves to spoil him. Andrea enjoys reading, playing tennis and practicing yoga and Pilates. Andrea covers the Katy/Northwest Houston area and is very excited to be the newest member of the Texas Endovascular team!

Diana Martinez, Physician Liaison

Drawing from a decade of thriving as a physician liaison, Diana offers a distinctive outlook in healthcare. A University of Houston graduate in Anthropology with a minor in Ancient History & Classical Studies, she's fervent about bridging cultural divides. Diana champions patient education for well-being and fosters connections through her sunny disposition.

During her leisure, she immerses herself in hobbies like traveling, kayaking, and indulging in K-dramas. Diana's commitment to community and healthcare radiates through her volunteerism and advocacy for under-resourced communities.

Chanelle Wilson, Physician Liaison

Chanelle is a dedicated physician liaison with a bachelor's degree in communication studies, experience educating the healthcare community on venous insufficiency, and over 18 years in provider relations. Passionate about health and wellness, she specializes in fostering strong connections between referring providers to ensure seamless patient care and collaboration.

With a strong foundation in communication and a proven track record in provider engagement, Chanelle excels in strategic outreach, business development, and increasing referrals.

Outside of work, Chanelle enjoys exploring different Pilates studios in the DFW area, teaching Barre classes, discovering new coffee shops, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. Most importantly, she is a proud mother to her 11-year-old daughter and a devoted fur baby parent.

Melissa Flores, Physician Liaison

Born and raised in Houston, Melissa has always had a heart for community, connection, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston and later went on to complete her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Lamar University, combining her passion for science with a strong foundation in healthcare leadership.

Over the years, Melissa has gained hands-on experience across multiple specialties including dermatology, pediatrics, and vascular care. She has held roles in clinical settings, leadership, and business development, giving her a unique perspective on both the patient experience and the business of healthcare. Her diverse background allows her to communicate effectively across teams and tailor solutions that work for providers and patients alike.

Melissa is especially passionate about bridging gaps in care through strong communication, relationship building, and community education. She thrives on creating partnerships that support both practice growth and patient outcomes, always striving to bring people and resources together in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling with her fiancé, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her dog, Butter.

Meet Emily, a native Houstonian with a wealth of experience in healthcare administration. Renowned for her warmth and friendliness, she ensures optimal patient and colleague outcomes.

From humble beginnings in the front office, Emily has ascended through various roles, becoming a compassionate leader and mentor. She cherishes teamwork and fosters strong relationships to provide exceptional customer service.

Outside the office, Emily treasures family moments, outdoor escapades, cozy movie nights, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise.

David Fabro, Dallas Practice Manager

Born and raised in Southern California, David is a recent transplant to Texas. He relocated to Texas in 2022 with his partner of over 15 years and their 3 boxers. He has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2007 and transitioned into clinical operations in 2017. He believes in creating memorable patient experiences by providing a warm, supportive and comprehensive approach to patient care. David also believes that building relationships and actively listening to patients & staff, are key elements in creating a safe and effective environment. He is excited to be a part of the TEA team and is looking forward to the growth and success of the practice.

In his spare time, David likes to keep fit. He enjoys going to the gym and participating in obstacle course races. David also has a vast collection of movies, and especially enjoys horror flicks.
