Heather Kliesing, Lead Registered Vascular Technologist

Meet Heather, a seasoned registered vascular technologist with over 15 years of expertise in vascular ultrasound. Her cheerful demeanor and compassionate care brighten our Clear Lake office. 

Outside work, Heather enjoys cherished moments with her husband and two sons, indulges in outdoor activities, plays with her dogs, tends to her garden, and explores new destinations through travel.

Robert Ackerman, Registered Vascular Technologist

Robert Ackerman is a seasoned Registered Vascular Technologist who began his career as a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic before transitioning to sonography. His journey led him to focus exclusively on vascular ultrasound in 2013, working closely with vascular surgeons across multiple clinics in the DFW area.

Robert values integrity and honesty in patient care, believing in the importance of recognizing suitable treatment candidates.

Born and raised in Chicago, he made Dallas his home in 2007. He lives there with his wife of nearly two decades, their two teenage sons, and their beloved chihuahua.

He enjoys traveling, dining, following professional sports and occasionally playing pickleball in his leisure time. Above all, he takes pride in supporting his son's basketball endeavors at JJ Pearce High School, enthusiastically cheering on the Mustangs.

Carmenza Amell, Physician Liaison

Carmenza is a professional with a diverse background in business administration and healthcare. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in marketing, she has excelled in her academic pursuits.

With experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical research, patient recruitment, and as a Physician Liaison, Carmenza has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes and build lasting relationships. Fluent in Spanish and French, Carmenza embodies cultural diversity, enriching her ability to connect across diverse backgrounds.

Originally from Panama, Carmenza has embraced life in the United States for many years, finding joy as a devoted wife and mother to her beautiful daughter and dog, Ojo. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, writing music, singing, exercising, and dancing.

Andrea Audish, Physician Liaison

Andrea grew up in Pearland, Texas and comes from a journalist background. She began her education at the University of Houston in 1996 (Go Coogs!), then transferred to Sam Houston State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio/Television and a minor in Marketing/Advertising. She made the decision to move into the medical realm after college and has a true passion for educating and helping patients and doctors learn all about the non-invasive treatments Texas Endovascular doctors perform. Andrea has worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, six of those years working in the vascular world. She has a great working knowledge of all things vascular and arterial. Andrea has covered many territories in the Houston, Dallas and Nashville, TN markets. She has a fur baby named Chuy and loves to spoil him. Andrea enjoys reading, playing tennis and practicing yoga and Pilates. Andrea covers the Katy/Northwest Houston area and is very excited to be the newest member of the Texas Endovascular team!

Kelly Dramberger, Physician Liaison

Kelly, a Houston native, spent her formative years in East Texas before earning a degree in Business Marketing from Stephen F. Austin. With over 12 years in healthcare business support and 15 years in hospitality, she seamlessly merges her expertise to prioritize patient care.

During her downtime, Kelly enjoys hosting events, exploring new destinations, fishing excursions, and diving into captivating books. Joining our team perfectly aligns with her passion for people, unwavering commitment to excellence, and nurturing disposition.

Diana Martinez, Physician Liaison

Drawing from a decade of thriving as a physician liaison, Diana offers a distinctive outlook in healthcare. A University of Houston graduate in Anthropology with a minor in Ancient History & Classical Studies, she's fervent about bridging cultural divides. Diana champions patient education for well-being and fosters connections through her sunny disposition.

During her leisure, she immerses herself in hobbies like traveling, kayaking, and indulging in K-dramas. Diana's commitment to community and healthcare radiates through her volunteerism and advocacy for under-resourced communities.

Jessica Bolin, Dallas Physician Liaison

Jessica Bolin, a proud native of San Antonio, found her calling in healthcare marketing after graduating from UTSA. With eight years of experience, she excels at connecting individuals with essential care.

During her downtime, Jessica loves exploring Dallas with her husband and two children, creating cherished memories in the vibrant city.

David Fabro, Dallas Practice Manager

Originally hailing from Southern California, David embarked on a new chapter in Texas in 2022 alongside his partner of 15 years and their three beloved boxers.

With a career spanning as a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 2007, David transitioned into clinical operations in 2017. Committed to crafting memorable patient experiences, he prioritizes compassionate and comprehensive care. David values building relationships and actively listens to patients and staff to nurture a safe and efficient environment.

Thrilled to join our team, David eagerly anticipates contributing to the practice's growth and prosperity.

During his downtime, David keeps active by hitting the gym and participating in obstacle course races. He also indulges his passion for collecting movies, particularly favoring horror flicks.

Emily Lopez, Director of Practice Operations

Meet Emily, a native Houstonian with a wealth of experience in healthcare administration. Renowned for her warmth and friendliness, she ensures optimal patient and colleague outcomes.

From humble beginnings in the front office, Emily has ascended through various roles, becoming a compassionate leader and mentor. She cherishes teamwork and fosters strong relationships to provide exceptional customer service.
